Here's a "first look" at the new FLASH GORDON TV series debuting in august on the Sci-Fi Channel. It stars Eric Johnson (Smallville) and Karen Cliche (Mutant X).... yeah, its going to be a winner. Please take a moment and look at that pic.... the production value and level of imagination in its costuming is simply astounding. It's like a ripoff convention of Dr Who, Stargate SG1, Babylon 5 and All My Children.... with a G4 Tech Channel host thrown in for good measure.

The gal in red is probably Princess Aura... she was always after Flash.
After watching the 'teaser' I think the Kevin Spacey-looking guy on the left is probably Ming... which means he's probably be a Kevin Spacey/Lex Luthor sort of Ming rather than the Sydow/Middleton melodramatic Ming.
The photo sucks.
