Yes, technically Diana Prince is not American, but Themyscrian.
BUT, on the Wonder Woman TV SHow, as her secret identity Diana Prince, she was U.S. Military.
And Yes, I left out numerous others.
These were the first off the top of my head and I stopped at 22.
