Zack Snyder released a teaser image the other day of Ben Affleck in the new Bat-Suit standing by the new Batmobile. The Frank Miller 'Dark Knight Returns' is clearly a massive influence.
I do wish the chest emblem was darker than the rest of the suit, instead of the same tone. I find monotone Batman boring and would prefer a smarter duotone urban camo (say Black and Gray). Overall it looks pretty good and Bat-Fleck looks like an old, thick warhorse (again, Frank Miller). But it also looks like Ben Affleck in a costume - there's just no getting around that chin. From what little I can make out, the Batmobile looks slick, too.
Of course, this is a Zack Snyder movie, and based on his 'Man of Steel', it will be heartless but entertaining. If you go see it in the theaters, let me know how it is.
