Every generation must out-do the generation before them. Rock gets more lewd, piercings become plugs, etc. The Comic Dork community is no exception. Behold the new level of "Dork Wear": Jim Lee Batman Converse shoes!!!! 
While risking inter-company crossover, these would would go nicely with the Marvel Club shirts, which I thought WERE the peak of Comic Dork wear.Hmmmm, maybe those shirts are still the peak.

I have actually had people ask me for these shoes - of course we can't get them. But YIKES!! I wouldn't wear them even if we could get them wholesale, and I'm pretty dorky.
I had a pair of chucks like those back in the day, but they had batman emblems all over instead of one big scary guy. I thought they were rad but no one else in the 4th grade thought so...regardless, those are fugly!
Are you kidding me?? I would totally wear those! Batman is awesome. I don't see you jumping off of skyscrapers!
I love the shoes, my sister has been looking everywhere. Where can I buy them?
I haven't seen them in years. And I couldn't find a single pair for sale on eBay or google shopping. Sorry.
