This was a cool crossover comic.

But I wish it had been NIGHTWING since it was

drawn by Scott McDaniel, who was killing it on the monthly

Nightwing comic at the time. Plus, it involves both Two-Face

and Blockbuster - both villains with history with Dick Grayson.
