JAWS NAUTICAL POSTER


I picked up this 24" x 36" print last Friday at Gallery 1988 West. 
It's pretty sweet.

ok, this is pretty cool but I got some major Cape Cod geography nerd issues with it ... primarily that Cape Cod is the land mass that separates Cape Cod Bay and Nantucket sound so there is no way amity island could exist between the 2 unless it was part of Cape Cod, which is connected to the mainland, and Amity is not... the this might be based on the descriptions in the book, but mister Benchley was def. taking some liberties.

Still, a really cool map, nonetheless.

Ha, well I don't think its pretending to be anything near accurate in terms of geography. It's just a fun map in the shape of Bruce the Shark.
