DAN and KATE over at Hard To Find Blog (htfblog), amongst other fun things, collect Vintage Boba Fett figures. I fully endorse this hobby and am disappointed in myself for not thinking of it first (perhaps I was too distracted with 'INSANE MISSION'...). I present to you THE BOBA SETT:
Excerpt from Dan's post:
I didn’t intentionally start The Boba Sett. Heck, I didn’t even BUY the first or many of the Fetts in the Sett. Boba Fett #1 was purchased back in the early ’80’s by my parents (probably my Mom, but I don’t want to just assume). Fett #1 would go nearly 20 years as the lone Fett in my collection until 1996 when I was at a flea market somewhere in Rhode Island. I was just starting to get back into the original Star Wars action figures and I happened to find a Boba Fett at the bottom of a box of desk related junk. Paid $.25 for it and doubled the size of The Sett.
12 more years would go by before I would acquire Fett #3 at a yard sale where Kate was picking up a Barbie collection. There was a Fett on the table that was in excellent condition save for the tips of his open hand being severed. As I recall they wanted like $10 for him, but we negotiated that price down to FREE since Kate was buying the Barbie collection.
2009 Would see the addition of 3 more Fetts, but the Sett still wasn’t really an active goal. It was more of a casual series of acquisitions. I knew I was doing it, but… Kate didn’t know yet (she probably did know just didn’t care). 2010 would add one more to bring The Sett to 7 and then in 2011 things really took off. The collection was officially sanctioned by Kate (who until recently had added more Fetts to The Sett than *I* had) and after a long discussion we decided to call it “The Boba Sett” (we almost called it “The Boba Set”).
For HtF The Boba Sett is now an actively cultivated, cooperative collection. Let me say that again just to be absolutely clear: The Boba Sett is an officially Kate-sanctioned (and partnered) collection of Vintage Kenner Star Wars Boba Fett action figures celebrating the greatest and most important action figure ever (in my opinion). After 3 acquisitions in 2011 and *8* in 2012 (so far) The Boba Sett stands at 18.
Starting today, The Boba Sett will be a regular part of Kate and Dan’s Hard-to-Find Blog featured on its own tab at the top of the page and showing up on all of our social media platforms sooner or later. And hey, if you’re interested in making a donation to The Boba Sett, we would be honored to have any and all Fetts in the Sett. Donations are accepted in the form of Vintage Kenner Star Wars Boba Fett Action Figures in ANY condition loose or complete and in any quantity. One Fett, 2 Fetts, 3 Fetts or more reach out to me at dan@htfblog.com to make arrangements to help us make The Boba Sett the largest collection of Kenner Star Wars Boba Fett Action Figures in my apartment.
Update: The Boba Sett is now up to 48.
I love these people!

It took me thirty plus years to own one Boba Fett! 48 is quite the accomplishment!
Update: I just added #'s 77 and 78. I usually post images to my instagram account (search for htfblog). Thanks for sharing in the adventure!
