This was done for a Soda Commercial by Jerad S. Marantz, who posts:"I did these for Legacy FX. This was pretty fun. The Alien design was a challenge. I had to get close to Giger's alien without springing a law suite."
I'm surprised Fox didn't flip out... seems really close to the Giger Alien. Fun assignment, tho!

At the end of the day I suppose it's just a Giger-esque creature, people just think of the Alien when they see that style !!! Strip away the pipes etc... it's just a monster !!
