I didn't recognize the tattoo artwork as being from somewhere before... although it did seem familiar. I think its clearly NON-professional. In the end, I think it simply reminded me of the cover to the ALIEN 3 comic adaptation (above right). Also, the HEAD of the Alien looks similar to the INTERIOR art (not shown) from the series ALIENS: GENOCIDE (bottom 2 are from the covers). Perhaps the person looked at other work as reference or guides?
