Lance Henrikson was considered too. The original idea was that The Terminator could blend in with a crowd,not stick out like a muscle bound Austrian.If the Terminators were infiltration units why not model them to look like old people,or kids,dogs even,instead they go for someone who's huge.
yeah, I've heard him tell the story that he put metal foil over his teeth for the audition. That makes me teeth hurt just thinking about it!
