DETROIT FINALLY HAS ITS ROBOCOP STATUE

After 15 years of planning, casting, and countless delays, the Detroit RoboCop statue is officially up in Eastern Market!

The 11-foot-tall, 3,500-pound bronze sculpture—created by George Gikas and his team at Venus Bronze Works—was installed Wednesday, Dec. 3, along Russell Street just south of Mack Avenue.
