HIGHLIGHTS FROM TRUMP'S MADISON SQUARE GARDEN RALLY

-ANTI-PUERTO RICO
Comedian and podcast host Tony Hinchcliffe said, "There's literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it's called Puerto Rico."

-ANTI-LATINOS
Also Hinchcliffe: "And these Latinos, they love making babies, too. Just know that. They do. They do. There's no pulling out. They don't do that. They come inside, just like they did to our country."

-ANTI-JEWISH and ANTI-PALESTINIAN
Also Hinchcliffe: "When it comes to Israel and Palestine, we're all thinking the same thing: Settle your stuff already. Best out of three: rock, paper, scissors. You know Palestinians are going to throw rock every time... You also know the Jews have a hard time throwing that paper."

-ANTI-BLACK
Hinchcliffe pointed out a Black man in the crowd who he said was a "buddy" he "carved watermelons" with at a party.

* Despite the comedian being vetted and the speech approved by the Trump Campaign, they say they didn't know. And Trump said, "I don't know the guy". Vance said he didn't even watch the event and played dumb.

-ANTI-PERSON OF COLOR
Tucker Carlson purposely misidentified Harris' race as "Samoan or Malaysian" (apparently they believe sincerely that simply being non-white is an insult).

-Trump's childhood friend David Rem referred to Harris as "the Antichrist" and "the devil";

-Businessman Grant Cardone called Kamala Harris a "prostitute". He told the crowd that Harris "and her pimp handlers will destroy our country."

-Despite the crowd cheering for speakers like South African-born Elon Musk and Slovenian Melania Trump, they also offered applause to former political advisor Stephen Miller's statement that "America is for Americans and Americans only."

Reminder and comparison:
"America is for Americans and Americans only." — Stephen Miller, 2024

"Germany is for Germans and Germans only." — Adolf Hitler, 1934
Speaking of Hitler...

Elon Musk wore a MAGA hat which uses the Fraktur font, popular in nazi Germany. He wore this at a rally meant to evoke the 1939 nazi rally at Madison Square Garden.

-The phrase "Nazi Rally" trended throughout the event, with half a million posts using the language on Twitter/X.

-Guest speaker, radio personality Sid Rosenberg simply echoed the opinion of those online by bluntly referring to the event as a "Nazi rally."

Donald Trump promised to "invoke" laws from the 1700s. "Think of that," he said. "That's how far back — that's when they had law and order."

The period of "law and order" he praises included a time when women and Black people were not allowed to vote, and slavery had yet to be abolished.

-On top of this, Trump specifically pointed to reawakening the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 which, according to the Brennan Center for Justice, "is a wartime authority that allows the president to detain or deport the natives and citizens of an enemy nation. The law permits the president to target these immigrants without a hearing and based only on their country of birth or citizenship." Furthermore, "it can be — and has been — wielded against immigrants who have done nothing wrong, have evinced no signs of disloyalty, and are lawfully present in the United States."

-Once again said Americans who don’t support him are “the enemy within”

-Attacked journalists as “enemies” and fantasized about “decapitating” a reporter

-Denigrated America and attacked U.S. military leadership, calling them “stupid”

Are these the people you want back in the White House?
