yeah, despite some misses (the whole "A-Team knock off" thing), there's a few hits in that show. some of the figs are nice. i actually just ran across a Storm Shadow & Cobra Trooper the other day. what i'm stoked about? the ZOMBIE Viper!

...oh, and have you seen the TRU exclusive DC Universe The Dark Knight 2-pack w/ Batman & HONOR GUARD JOKER? it's a thing of beauty.

I stumbled onto this site looking for hacky Greg Land stuff, and geez louise peppa cheese, this is my new Interwebs hotspot. Awesome stuff!

And just to say something on topic, GI Joe is nothing without Snake Eyes, and to a lesser extent, the quartet of Cobra Commander, Destro, Storm Shadow and Zartan. Everyone else is just "everyone else."

most of everyone else (not counting Sgt. Slaughter, Gung-Ho, Wild Bill, Mutt & Junkyard, Recondo, Roadblock, Quick Kick, Shipwreck, Beach Head, Tunnel Rat, Major Bludd, Firefly, Dr. Mindbender, ALL of the Dreadnoks, Scarett, Rock N' Roll, Doc, SPIRIT, and ETC...) were, in fact, just "everyone else".

well, actually, in light of my list, that's not true. those you mentioned are definitely at the top of the list, tho, especially to the casual fan, but in even though the more known ones were that for a reason, G.I. Joe would never have survived had there been just a show about those you mentioned.

it would still be great, but some of the obscure characters were some people's faves. i loved them all having growing up w/ it all, but there's characters for women & all kinds of various minorities, which just made G.I. Joe all the more cooler.
