This is some creepy (albeit very sad) freaky news today -An apparent suicide of a woman in Delaware, who was found hanging from a tree across the street from some homes on a busy road, went unreported for hours because everyone passing by thought she was a Halloween decoration!!! It wasn't until 3 hours later, did someone finally realize what had happened and called the police.
