Man, I love this statue. It's one of the (if not THE) best Venom sculpts I've ever seen. I've never been a fan of the giant "hulk on cosmic steroids" Venom with the lame Erik Larsen cartoon tongue and teeth.This Venom looks "right".... like the Symbiote over Eddie Brock's physique. While its supposed to be the "Zombie" version, its still works for me: Venom standing over the dead body of Spider-Man. I want it, but where would I display such a grotesque statue?! If only there was a variant without the gore. But alas.
The statue comes out February 2008 and goes for about $175.
