This is the proposed Ras al Khaimah Convention and Exhibition Centre in the UAE. Designed by Rem Koolhaas and Reinier de Graaf as part of their collaboration with OMA, the sphere holds a convention centre, hotel rooms, apartments, offices and retail space.
