So apparently this is what Heath Ledger's JOKER is going to look like. Bah. The "smile" is boring, unimaginitive and about as creepy as the old cat lady at my supermarket on too many meds who can't do her makup properly anymore. I would have much preferred going with something more like in Pan's Labyrinth when the Captain gets his mouth slit open into a gruesome smile, but on both sides.(source)
