This image is "Dragon and Thief" by Jon Foster, who is a personal favorite when it comes to sci-fantasy-comic art. I really dig his style; color palette, lighting, anatomy style, texture. He did a few Star Wars paintings which were freaking awesome.I met him a couple years ago and he was a pretty cool dude.
