Unfortunately this is but a pipedream, since an AT-AT's top speed is approx 37mph (60kph), which is not even close to the needed 88mph to achieve Time Travel using Doc Brown's technology*. Nonetheless, a nerd can dream....

**Yes it has Mr Fusion. However, Mr Fusion only powers the time circuits and the flux capacitor, but the internal combustion engine runs on ordinary gasoline; it always has. The combustion engine is what gets it up to the proper speed, hence the reason in the Old West they needed a way to get the delorean up to 88 without gas.
