Early 2010, Iron Man (comic) writer MATT FRACTION and Iron Man (movie) & Thor (movie) designer RYAN MEINERDING designed new armor for Iron Man.
Soon after, GREG LAND's cover for AVENGERS #1 (Heroic Age Variant) was previewed.JimSmash Reader RAMON pointed out that it appears Greg Land traced Meinerding's concept drawing. Looks like that's the case to me, neck-down atleast. I'll leave it up to you to decide for yourself.
*thanks, Ramon!

yep, and he's still using the same Bodybuilder pose foe THOR ( double arms out wide..)
- I was JUST having a discussion with a co worker about Him. how there are Hundreds of aspiring, good, trained, highly skilled, artists, who have a mastery of human form, and can actually illustrate, who are either starving and out of work, struggling to keep work, or have just given up because it's just too hard to 'make' it, and here Greg Land is making money at being a hack.....
I still don't get why Wolverine is now an Avenger.
Ditto to that first comment. I don't understand why this is tolerated. I mean, I know several talented folks who could do Land's job and then some. This guy should be forced out of the industry. TRACER!
Yep, Thor is the X-Men/Spartan/Triple H pose again
And Wolverine's face is that same Triple H angry face he always uses.
swipe.
and, he switched between the shades and the lights... WTF?!
