For the most part, I normally dig JOE QUESADA's artwork. I've been a fan since NINJAK... but man, this cover he's done for the upcoming new NAMOR ongoing is well, kinda gross! It looks like poor Namor's been in the water far too long and is all prunie. That, or he was trying to draw FLUKEMAN from the X-Files. 
This is his own "Liefeld Captain America".
