CONFIRMED: VOYAGER 1 LEFT OUR SOLAR SYSTEM !
NASA confirmed Thursday that after 36 years of space travel and months of heated debate among scientists, Voyager 1 has indeed left our solar system and had entered interstellar space more than a year ago. The data shows conclusively that Voyager 1 has exited the heliopause — the bubble of hot, energetic particles that surrounds our sun and planets — and has entered into a region of cold, dark space called the interstellar medium. AWESOME!!!
Incredible and inspiring!! Tonight I'm going to watch 'STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE' (Director's Cut). Don't let the geeky nerd reference fool you, this amazing news brought a tear to my eye.

You disgrace the original TMP with that image of the JJ Abrams' Enterprise.
That's ok Jim. That's why you have fans to help make sure you stay on track. This isn't nearly as bad as the time you confused the USS Kelvin for the USS Reliant. The worst case scenario thankfully hasn't happened yet, where you use the image of an engineer in place of an image of ALIEN's space jockey. THAT would be a true disgrace.
