I'm a HUGE Loyal Maiden Fan... but I'm not feeling these 2 songs. I'll definitely pick up the new album and give several listenings... but so far I'm getting "Fear of the Dark" and "No Prayer For The Dying" vibes (which are bad... very very bad). Maybe not as bad... but old hurtful memories & fears do arise.
(although the songs are starting to grow on me a bit....)
and while I'm here crying & bitching... the new album ART may very well be the worst of their discography:
They haven't had a killer album cover since 1988's "Seventh Son of A Seventh Son" in the heyday of Derek Riggs' career.
Their last 3 albums with the Return of Bruce were pretty good... with that last one, "A Matter of Life & Death" being absolutely amazing.
This entire post, while negative, is done out of pure LOVE. Iron Maiden is the Best Metal Band in the Universe.

Will someone please do new and creative videos, ( live action, CG, and 2D animated versions )of Old Maiden Songs? Please? Ace's High? Powerslave? Number of the Beast? please....
