20 bucks??? really,..that's it???
so basically you can't go see that movie you wanted to.
yea,..that'll deter them,..way to go Cali with your harsh laws.
$20 for the FIRST offense.It goes up from there, plus I think can go on your license. Also, with x-amount, you have to go to court where the fees will run you up to about $100. Atleast its SOMETHING.
