Almost 30 YEARS LATER, people are still giving him shit for this.
Apparently at the time, Jim Lee phoned Rob and said something to the effect of, "Everything looks great, but what about this drawing of Cap? Want to pull in that chest a bit?" and Rob replied with, "Nah, it's fine. Print." And regretted it ever since!
